I have lived this Protocol myself for the past year. It works. I believe in it so much, that I want to give it to you. I want it to change your life, just like it changed mine.
What is the StrongMom Nutrition Protocol?
The protocol is a set of general “guidelines” that govern what and how we eat. Within those rules we create a lifestyle that allows us to be the perfect weight for our body, effortlessly.
The protocol will look different for everyone. It is not a “one size fits all” way of living, and you are fully responsible for determining the specifics of how to implement this protocol.
The StrongMom Nutrition Protocol “guidelines” are:
1) Intermittent Fasting: Balance your Insulin by practicing Intermittent Fasting. Each day you will eat your meals in a 4, 6 or 8-hour time-block.
2) Eliminate all Sugar, Flour and Alcohol. Don’t worry, some of you will be able to re-introduce these items (in moderation) once your hormones are balanced and you are successful at managing your desires.
3) Learn how to manage your urges for food. The StrongMom Tribe will help you create a daily practice to understand your Thoughts, Feelings and Actions, thus getting the results you want!
4) Be willing to make mistakes, be less than perfect, and focus on the JOURNEY. This protocol is not a diet. There is no “end goal.” This is a way of living and relating to food and your body. It will change your life, if you let it.
