Mindset Traps that will Sabotage your Goals



In today's lesson, we learn about the two most common mindset traps that sabotage our weight loss efforts. By identifying when we are doing it, we can stop it from happening!

You're killing me. (No, that's not right.) This program is killing me. (No, that's not right either.) These lessons are shining a light on some of the ugly I pretend to not have and (hopefully) I will kick it to the curb. Some I knew coming in, some I thought I'd worked on (but apparently not well enough based upon the feelings associated with thinking about them) and some fresh new stuff. May have to revisit this program a few times.

THIS is EXACTLY where you should be Bridget! If this wasn't hard, you wouldn't be doing it right. So I say HELL YES! HIGH FIVE!

Now the trick is, don't get too wrapped up in your feelings about these "ugly" but instead work to find the thoughts that are causing them. And once you've identified those thoughts, you can work to replace it with a thought that gives you the results you want.


The Thought Model works. Every. Single. Time.
