Well that is the topic of today! Learn where those conflicting hunger messages originate, why they exist, and HOW TO OVERCOME the urges and desires that compel us to overeat and under exercise.
DAY 5 HOMEWORK:
1) Continue with your Daily Food Journal.
2) Continue adhering to the Protocol.
3) Observe 10 urges today. Record them on paper or on the notes of your phone. Do not give into the urge, just observe them and watch them.
