Just because you feel hungry, does not mean your body needs food.
DAY 3 HOMEWORK:
1) Continue with your Daily Food Journal.
2) Continue adhering to the Protocol.
3) Practice the Thought Model: Look for one circumstance today that causes you distress. Use yesterday's Thought Model Handout to record your UNINTENTIONAL thought about the circumstance (on the C, F, T, A, R line). Next, take the same circumstance, and diagram it with your INTENTIONAL thought. What thought do you need to have in order to produce the result you want?
